Return Policy

Shelby's Collection offer a 14 day return policy on collars, leashes and accessories. Products must be returned in original packaging and in the same condition as received. We can not accept returns on beds, clothes, special orders or perishable items.

Shipping Policy

Shelby's Collection use the following shipping services: UPS, USPS and FedEx. Most orders will be sent using ground service. Free standard shipping on orders over $300. Expedited service can be arranged at an additional charge, please inquire.
